Healing | Bespoke & Co Candles

The purpose of our Healing Candle is to help you raise your vibrational frequency and energy so that you can work on healing, both physically and mentally.

Crystals:
Hematite focuses on raising energy and balancing emotions between the mind, body and spirit. It dissolves negativity and prevents you from absorbing it from others.

Honey Calcite is used to help treat insomnia and calms an overthinking mind. It also diminishes nervous energy.

Liquid Crystals:
Red Jasper promotes emotional and physical calmness and relaxation. It is very grounding and keeps you present. It works by waking up, and energising areas of your body that are feeling low in energy, sending a hit of high life-force energy.

Selenite helps align the spinal column and promotes flexibility. It helps you clear negative energy, so that you may reach the angelic realms.

Essential Oil:
Sandalwood has extraordinary health benefits. It is known as a miraculous oil due to its versatility of healing properties — physical and mentally — such as anti-ageing, intellectuality, and spiritualism. Sandalwood promotes feelings of peace, relaxation & overall, wellness.

CANDLE CARE:
1. Strip me bare: Remove the crystals before lighting the candle. Otherwise, it may cause the wax to over-flow.

2. Trim your wick: Always trim your wick before lighting, to around a 5mm length for optimum burn.

3. Safety first: The most important step; never leave a lit candle unattended.

4. Let it melt: Always allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the jar, especially on the first burn to avoid tunneling.

5. Snuff it out: Do not blow out your candles. Use a candle snuffer. The elements of air and fire don’t mix, especially when you are using your candle with an intention. You don’t want to blow away the very thing that you are trying to manifest.

6. Make the world a better place: Clean up the jar when there is 1-1.5cm of wax remaining & it will be yours to keep. If you wish to part-ways with the jar, please recycle it.

WARNING:
Please keep out of reach of young children and pets. Always place candle on a solid, stable surface that is heat resistance. Do not place in a drafty position. Never leave a lit candle unattended.

CAUTION:
Jar can be very hot. Be careful of hot wax after the candle has been extinguished. Store the candle in a cool, dry place. Before every burn, please trim the wick to 5mm and only burn the candle for 2-3 hours max.
